Uploading PCC after AOR

Hi, I just got my AOR last July, unfortunately I was not able to get my Qatar PCC before my deadline. Along with my other certificates, i included the receipt as proof to my PCC application but i forgot to write LoE stating the reason of my PCC delay.

This morning, I got a call from the Qatar embassy informing me that my PCC is ready.

I would like to know how can i possibly upload my PCC now that i have submitted my documents. Should i wait for IRRC to ask for it or i can upload it in web form?

Hope somebody can enlighten me on this matter.

Raise a CSE to upload the PCC, no need to wait for IRCC to ask for it.
