There are lots of designated clinics in each state . There is no cheap option in US . Cost differs from 380$ to 420$

Try to claim back from insurance, sometimes work

My friend who took his medical in the US was asked to sign a waiver specifically saying he would not do it through his insurance company.

Insurance does not cover it.

Nope, insurance doesn't cover any of it. It costed us 300$; be prepared to pay more if you have any chest xray abnormalities (additional xrays and medical tests).
