Providing your duties/responsibilities in a white sheet may not be considered as iron-cast proof. Why don't you show your appointment letter to the HR department of your previous company and request for a letter from them? They must be having all your information.

Step 2: Reached Canada : 16th March, 2009
Step 3:Received by Sydney Office : 18th March, 2009
Step 4: AOR Letter from Sydney: 6th April, 2009
Step 6: Letter Received on : 22 April, 2009
Step 7: Send Full Application to Islamabad : 7th Mayl, 2009
Step 8: Received Application at Islamabad : 8th May, 2009 (According to Fedex)
Step 9 : Ecas status changed to

CIO Review complete
In Process

Things Remaining :
Step10 : AOR From CHC,Islamabad(still waiting)
Step 11 : Acceptance or Rejection
Step 12: Interview (May be waived)
Step 13: Request for Medical
Step 14: RPRF Payment
Step 15: Visa Stamping
Step 16: Landing
