Approximately 100 days have passed since starting the process and in my opinion the process is 65% complete, which is quite remarkable keeping in view the delays of old immigration systems.
If everything goes smoothly than remaining steps should be as follows:
Step 11: Interview (May be waived)
Step 12: Request for Medical
Step 13: RPRF Payment
Step 14: Visa Stamping
Step 15: Landing
Lets see how it goes, I will update the thread as and when I get further information.
The strange thing is that they asked questions from a person who did not signed the experience certificate. They asked about the duration of service, main job responsibilities and the work areas. It took around 5-10 minutes.
I do understand your point, but good companies should not do such things. Most of them called themselves equal opportunity employers, so let the employee decide their own future.
In my case, my letter was signed by my immediate supervisor, who is at a very higher up in the management. I requested him that the letter should be signed jointly by HR, but he said that you are my responsibility not HR's and they may make some noise about this with other management people.
You need to provide reference letter and appointment letter if applying as FSW and under catagory 1. Reference letter should be on company letter head having company seal and signed either by the person you report to or someone from HR department. CHC always mention to send a signed business card of the person signed the letter. These are the ways they come to know your organization's phone number. You may skip reference letter from your current employer; however you have to write a letter explaining the reason for doing so and send it with the full application.
I am talking to my previous Company and would try with the current Company also. But last two Companies is really tough to get. These were the BPOs and I hardly know anyone there now. I am really worried what to do.
If I show appointment and Experience Letters and defining their Roles on blank sheet will that work. Also defining the reasons of not able to arrange will that work.
