Updated IMM1344

So, as a few of us on the April Outland thread have found out, there's an updated version of the IMM1344. The website says it was updated in March, but some people downloaded the form in the first week of April and it wasn't updated. I sent out my application on April 4th, so it may or may not have had the updated form, even though I was sure to download fresh forms that day.

Are we at risk for getting our application returned if the form wasn't updated until after we sent off our applications?

possibly. no one will be able to tell you for sure what cic will do. sometimes they give grace periods for updated forms. more than likely, if they need a new form they will request the document rather than send your whole application back. this will happen before AOR is issued. so if you get AOR and SA, then you can assume the application is complete. remember there's always a chance of the visa officer requesting additional or new documents down the road too.
