Application form updated

For those of you who are in the process of filling out your application forms, keep in mind that CIC updated their forms recently, August/September. I had downloaded my forms in July and today I had to download and redo 3 of them cause they were expired: IMM008, IMM5490 and IMM1344. IMM008 has an extra question at no 31, for consent to inform the spouse if their investigation results in a fraud marriage ???

Here are the most recent ones (there is a date next to the download link that tells you when it was last updated):

You can check with your form on the bottom of the page to see the date on them.

Awesome post. I just submitted my forms and I think 3 were older than the updated. My app was received by Mississauga this week. I hope they don't send it back.
Also form IMM 5406 was changed in Sept 2013.

You're right about IMM5406, I forgot about that. I don't think your application will be sent back, they usually have a grace period for this. Will keep my fingers crossed for you and hope everything will go smoothly.
