Updated Documents

With my medicals they have requested that I forward them "Updated" forms.

Schedule A Background/Declaration IM008DEP
&
Additional Family Information IMM 5406

The first on I can kind of understand why they would want me to update for them but the second I have no clue why they are asking for it to be updated. I am single and have not married since filling in the app so there is nothing to update.

Why have they requested these updated forms?

I have heard many times of the police checks and other documents that go out of date being requested but why would they want these forms updated? How much can change in 4 months?

What will happen if ignore the request and just get the medical done and send the RPRF?

They asked for updated documents as well as medicals that indicates they are still trying to find lacking in your application. Fill up the forms carefully as they have asked for.

They already have the forms. They have already been carefully filled in. If they want to look for "lacking" then they can use the original forms.
