Forms updated - is it ok

As I have been asked to submit the following updated forms, please suggest that whatever I have mentioned against each is correct.

IMM 0008 - It is only one form filled by me and signed by me, though it contains details of all of my family members who will accompany me to Canada. Total 8 pages
Schedule A - both myself and my wife has filled and signed respectively.
IMM 5406 - both myself and my wife has filled and signed respectively.
IMM 5562E - Filled but not signed by anyone, no place for signature.

Ya its ok

IMM 0008 is important and needs to be validated. There will be barcode in this form which will help them to get your data.

Make sure you fill this form correctly and completely otherwise it will delay your process

About this traveller info, I don't have copy of wht I submitted earlier, so doubt that new updated may not match with previous....how critical it is.

They need to have updated details (not sure whether travel detail will be compared to previous data)

How you filled earlier (or from passport in-out stamps), try to fill the travel form

Travel history of country other than country of citizen and residence)

I have mostly been moving from country of residence to my country of citizenship on annual vacation. Those to and fro trips, I have included. Is that ok. Once I have been to Dubai and Bahrain, that too.

In existing form, I had done same thing. But they asked travelling from country other than citizenship or residence.

This time I have updated form only for other countries (not residence or citizenship)
