So, it does mean that my wife will have to submit 'ONLY' the following APPLICATION PACKAGE FORMS right ..?
1. Generic Application (IMM 0008)
2. Schedule A: Background declaration (IMM 5669)
3. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

1. Generic Application (IMM 0008) - No Separate form is needed. The Generic form will be filled by principal applicant and includes spouse information inside this form.
2. Schedule A: Background declaration (IMM 5669)Yes, This form has to be filled by spouse along with dependent children aged 18 years or older (along with principal applicant)
3. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)Yes, This form has to be filled by spouse along with dependent children aged 18 years or older (along with principal applicant)
1. Generic Application (IMM 0008) - 1 from, from principal applicant
2. Schedule A: Background declaration (IMM 5669) - 2 forms, one from spouse and one from principal applicant (+1 form, from dependent children aged 18 years or older)
3. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)- 2 forms, one from spouse and one from principal applicant (+1 form, from dependent children aged 18 years or older)

YEAH, BUT TYHE GENERIC FORM IS THE SAME ONE YOU FILLED
