Hello everyone, need your help, I updated my profile yesterday but its showing update not submitted and there is no submit button or continue button in my submission form , there is only save and add option. What I have to do now. Should I have to make new profile, If yes, then how many times we can make new profile as I already did it for three times. Please help.

So I spoke to them and they are clueless about anything relating to EE pool. They were like everything online and we have no idea about anything. I don't know what needs to be done here.
We had the same issue back in January the only option was to create a new profile but I'm going to wait until November 28 and if the issues still remains the same the best way will be to create a new one. My issues in specific is as below:

My profile did get submitted after answering new questions but when I logged back in the status (Under View Submitted Applications) shows as "In Progress". The points didn't change either still at 463. The issue is similar to the one listed above. Please help anyone.
