Urgent!!! Profile status: Updated but not submitted

I updated my profile last night, but since then, the status has become updated but not submitted!!!
I couldn't even find the "Continue" button down there, there's only"Save and Exit". That's the only time I've encountered this problem.
Anyone has any solutions?

Same happened to me, too! There used to be a continue button right next to the save and exit but I cannot find it anymore ???
