So how many days did it take for you to receive the payment instructions after emailing your initial details to VFS??

I called them and then they send it while I was on phone.

Keep calling again n again if it is busy. I waited for approximately 3 hours to get connected to a representative. If you call early in the morning, the wait time might be shorter

Any idea how much time VSF take to send the information to blue dart as my mother went to blue dart location in Meerut city and blue dart could not accept the package because they said they didn’t have any information about the air way bill number which I received via email. Now will try again to drop off the package.

Mine was sent at that very instant itself. When an AWB is generated, the courier service automatically gets notified. Maybe try calling the customer care for bluedart and they can help you.

Blue dart customer service was not reachable. I don’t know why this happens as I do have air way bill number and the receipt of service I payed for. And the location VFS provide they said they didn’t receive any information.

They told me to provide the package and awb after 24-48 hrs to the bluedart guys so please do the same and try again after this time. I provided the package after 24 hours and it went through.

Oh ok ..they send me the air way bill number in the afternoon at 2:00, I guess, and we went to blue dart office next day 1:00 . Should I call VFS again ?

Try again tomorrow first time and then call them if there is any problem.

Thankyou...i opted for sms so i was notified of all the updates....once the passport is stamped the final decision shows approved with the document number and validity on gc key portal....if you have the tracking id of the parcel generated at vfs delhi ( contains date with INICPKT something) you can track your processing at vfs website:
