I'm really hoping you guys can help me as you all seem very knowledgeable on visa's and the process. My girlfriend and I applied for the spouse sponsorship (she's the Canadian) about 13 months ago, the visa office in London requested the right of permanent residency fee in June which we paid straight away but we haven't heard anything from them since. Well that's not fully true; I've emailed for a status update but they reply after 28days saying its 'awaiting office review.'
In my initial application I included the police certificate, evidence of the relationship and they say they've received the medical test results. Does anyone know why it may be delayed? Is this a normal wait time? Or if anyone knows a phone number I can call it would be amazing!
I'm at loose end and don't know whether to feel worried so Ill appreciate and help or info.
