Visit Visa fees for London Visa office

Hi everyone
Hope someone can help me with this.
My husband is applying for a visit visa and everything is ready to be sent.
However he is not sure how to pay the visa fees. He is gonna be applying to the London visa office, but he lives in Finland and can not fly to London just for that.
He has emailed the visa office, but no reply from them yet and he wants to apply ASAP!
If anyone has any information on this pleaseeeee do help me out.

2. Then click on the link for fee payment, it will give you another link for residents of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/nordic-fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng&view=d
3. Voila, the payment instructions.
