I'm applying for a visitor visa on the new IRCC portal. I reached the payment page and did not go through with the payment (I couldn't find my CC to complete the transaction).
The Action status is set to "pending" which previously had options to "continue" or "delete".
How do I finish the payment and submit this application?

Hello, in my case, I made a request via their web form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=815&top=23 ), and they responded immediately (approximately 30 minutes after I submitted the request). If you submit the request, relax a bit and refresh your application access page, and you will see that the status changes from pending to continue/delete.
