I did the visitor extension application several times without any problems. This time I paid with VISA and didn't get the security code in my online banking.
The payment process at IRCC stucked in the position that I have to enter a security code code which my bak never received. Then, I decided to go back with the BACK function with the intention to use my other VISA card. Since then I have on my IRCC account the message: "Continue an application you haven't submitted". The last item in the row below under "Action" shows nothing. Neither a "continue" nor a "delete application" nor "Check full application status"
Tomorrow my deadline is reached. Under "Days left to submit" it shows 60 counting back everey day.
I started the "Report a Technical Issue" process.
Does anybody know what can I do? I'm a bit scared to loose my visitor status although I did everything what's possible.
