Unpaid Education Leave From Employer ....pls reply!!!

Dear Senior brothers,

I am currently working as a Manager in a Telecommunication Company in Bangladesh. My company employer agreed to provide me 12 month unpaid education leave with the official letter head for the program 1 yr PGD in University of Winnipeg. Is it increase my chance of getting the VISA? How can i put it to my study plan?

Yes it will definately strengthen your home ties esp if they mentioned you will get your job when u come back from your studies. You can also (if you are close to your boss) ask them to mention in your letter that the company will pay some of your living costs it will strengthen your home ties
