University of Calgary Fall 13 Applicants

my to do list is showing the same..however status is complete..dont knw when they wl reply

Don't worry too much guys about the To Do List. At some point during my application, my status is already "ADMITTED" yet my To Do List still has status Final Official Transcript to be Submitted.

Yea, its a system glitch. I reahced out to my Graduate Coordinator and she told me that my file is complete and although due to some system error it's still reflecting "Final Transcripts" on the To Do list.. You all can rest in peace. If you are sure you have couriered all the required documents and it reached the Univ, then it is no problem. Supposedly it will take 2 working days for them to process our docs after its been held for 2 days in mail room.

In my case, the status said its "Complete" with a full green circle even before I sent my docs It's coz something is wrong in their database...

Let's just wait for the response positively!!!

My Profile says Completed on the "to do list" and it also says Official Transcripts not received.

So i guess we all are in the clear, we just have to wait and see what they say. I think because of the system glitch, they are probably dealing each case manually by going through the files. That's why it is taking longer than Usual.

U of A took less than a month to do the entire process. From Submission of Application to Offer letter... 27 Days !!!!

From what I heard from the Grad Coord, seems like I can expect a response only in the mid of June for my program. So I will wait patiently with peace.

Yes the M Eng Chem and Materials - U of Alberta was quick and i got a positive response in 27 Days.

U of C hmm by the looks of it, people have been waiting for the past 2/3 months.

Exactly.. some applicants have been waiting from 2,3 months.Their management is very slow. And If u have admission in u of Alberta M.Eng chemical engineering then I think it's better than U of Calgary M.eng chemical...If u get admitted in both, which one you will choose?

Hi sayan198! Yes, I already applied last April 19 via online facility. Hopefully to hear from the Manila Visa Office soon. I'll have to wait for further instructions from the embassy regarding the medical examination. I already have a travel clearance from the police office. I sent you a private message re: personal email.

Awww so sweet of U DocRZ!! Thanks...Im hoping too I wish I come to Calgary but mostly I will go to U of S even if get the admission here . I just want to see if I am able to get through the highly refined selection of this program. Having been applied, I would want to see how it is like and if my profile is considered eligible
