My father applied through the Quebec entrepreneur program in 2010 and through a whole lot of confusing twists, mostly due to having to switch representatives a couple of times, received his pr in 2020. When he got his COPR, box 43 said "conditions:00 None". He has been under the assumption that this means he does not have the entrepreneur conditions attached to his status. I am also now unsure whether his PR was even granted through the entrepreneur program. Now that he has fulfilled his residence obligation for citizenship, I just want to make sure that this is indeed the case. Does the COPR include any and all conditions that apply to that PR?
