My question might sound a little incoherent, but I have seen that certain provinces have laid conditions to meet the PNP program. Does that appear on the COPR somewhere ? I was talking to someone from Saskatchewan the other day and he was describing that there was a condition laid on his COPR, some code. I checked mine and it said NONE. Do applicants from all provinces have any conditions or none at all.

yes AINP, but my landing is probably going to be delayed. I will most probably be landing in the local CIC office here as there are no borders close by.
