No it isn’t! Bank statements cannot he alternated with a CA certificate. Usually CA certificate is like an evaluation of property and assets and FDs whereas bank statements are a proof of your available liquid funds!

There could be so many cases brought before the federal court by way of judicial review, and some are granted and or dismissed after respondent submission.

While the discussion today was intense, but I don't find any harm for whoever got rejection to reapply and possibly go all the way to judicial review if applicant felt that officer was wrong during the final determination . This way we address question of "lucky" and "unfairness".

The certificate has 4 sections :
1-Fixed assets ( evaluation of properties)
2-Current assets ( Banks balances combined)
3-Liabilities
4-Totals Assets - Liabilities = Net worth
That’s why i was wondering about adding the bank statement whereas it’s already proven in the certificate.

Unless the CA shows 4-months worth of bank statements, you can't use it in lieu of bank statements. Merely showing the current balance is not enough.

Ok i got it i thought they care about liquid cash more than account history, i’ll get a statement.

I can easily get it, but i’ll have to wait till Sunday and i wanted to apply as i prepared all the required documents so i guess i’ll wait till Sunday to get it .
