I’m thinking it’s just a deadline for the person currently assigned to your file to finish whatever they’re assigned to do. Check the last pages of your notes for Note#1/2. The person assigned in the due date should match the person who last actioned on your file.

All applications are entered in the GCMS - global case management system. The officer who has the carriage of your file will have reminders to remind him of the pending file and this is the due date. This is sometimes set by the system, when a specific stage is initiated or by the officer.
In most cases the movement in your application will happen way before the due date or it can keep pending way after it.
It does not have much significance for an applicant.
Appears RVF is the note implies that based on the eligibility check your application is "ready for visa" subject to any security or other pending assessments.
When the security in progress or even after it has completed, the security related info will always be redacted in the GCMS notes and the relevant section under which it has been redacted will be mentioned on the top right of the page, here, s15(1).
I have the same comment RFV in my past notes and the recent webform shows security valid. Are there any chances of rejection or am I through with the process.

In the entire application, eligibility is the most important stage. It is eligibility where each of your documents is individually read, evaluated and seen if it meets the IRCC requirements, and the substance meets the the CRS score as claimed by you in your profile.
If your eligibility is passed, you need not worry. As regards webform responses, they are ambiguous. Valid only means that all required documents are on file.
To know the details, ask specifically about eligibility or request our GCMS notes.
One of the police certificates I needed to provide was for Singapore. And as per their guidelines I needed a request letter from IRCC to apply for it. So when I submitted my documents for PR instead of the Police certificate I uploaded a request letter as mentioned here by IRCC https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...e/police-certificates/how/singapore.html#info
I got the request letter from IRCC on April 30th and submitted my Singapore police clearance certificate through the web portal on May 25th. All of this is reflected in my GCMS notes.
My R10 was done by the Program Assistant on April 30th (when my medical passed and request letter was sent by IRCC) and it says "R10 - OK Recommendation: Review Required - Pending Outstanding PC"
My Note 1 was on May 25th that says "Received PC/Singapore, see incoming" and when I raised a webform along with status update I got this as well "All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment."
Apart from this my eligibility was passed by a case processing agent and is waiting for officer review, security - not started and criminality is in progress.
Can I safely assume that my R10 is now complete and it isn't still review required? I ask because I applied for my BOWP and was wondering if this will have an affect on that.
