I was speaking of detailed work experience check - NOC checking (which is part of A11.2) is a basic eligibility check that is always one of the first checks done at Ottawa.Please read my response in conjunction with the question and the last sentence of my response that you have quoted. Ottawa CPC undoubtedly checks for all FSW, CEC & PNP A11.2 requirements, regardless of provincial nomination or not. Correct. In fact, there are many applicants with EE PNPs that are rejected due to gaps in information, or NOC mismatches. Again only NOC is checked, not detailed work experience for PNPs because these checks are done by the nominating body. Exceptions are always there, especially if something raises a red flag or is inconsistent. Immigration is a federal responsability, the provinces can only 'nominate' their candidates, but the final decision and revision is always left to the state. Yes, that's what CIC always says, but PNPs have a great chance of receiving an ITA due to a 600 points increase. Regardless, one should stay positive, always.
