Where does it say POF met? It doesn't seem to suggest that in my GCMS. Can you please explain so I could take a look at mine again?
My GCMS notes also say something about an "11.2 EE-MI" being "Passed" in the activity section.
Any idea what that means?

Yep. Got it. It says MET in my case too.
However that's a snapshot of your application and I don't think any case officer/analyst has set that to MET manually.
If you enter the proper value in your application for CAD you'll be bringing with you, then this should automatically go to MET state.
However, that does not mean that the analyst has looked at your POF and is satisfied.
Please correct me if I'm wrong on this front seniors.

you are right...
teh funds met is the amount you mention in your EE profile and this has not been checked by the visa officer yet.
how ever POF will be checkd at local VO when the lead visa officer who makes decession on your file looks at your file and then once he is satisfied he will make yoru eligiblity passed from met.
and you will have a activity which says EE-Econ : passed.
+1 if this helped

so is it only the EE-Econ that separates A11.2 met in CIO and A11.2 Met in LVO.

A11.2 is doen by an agent before your file moves to local VO
EE-Econ passed is eligiblity passed which is done by the visa officer who handles your file the visa officer is the main authority at the local VO where your file is being processed and responsible to make decession on your file where as A11.2 and R10 are done at initial stages done by agents and support service agents who have no authority to make decession on your file rather they just make a recomendation to visa officer who then makes the final decession.
99% of the times the visa officer is satisfied with what the agent or support service agent say about A11.2 and R10.

certainly it helped and a well deserved +1........i ordered 1st gcms after 42days of Aor and 2nd after 60days of AOr, 2nd notes not received yet......as per 1st notes R10 and A11.2 are met and EE Econ not started and file moved to NDVO.........do u think safer an applicant gets as more days pass by post file in LVO.......as any mistake/misrepresentation they find they refuse right away......pl reply.

first look for assesments it shall be on your 2nd or 3rd page of your notes
check for eligiblity:
criminality
medical:
see what it says
then go to the last page and check for detailed notes, they are in decending order first note will be last and then it moves up.... these will give you a detailed view of what the agent said about your file.
hope that helps
