I don't notice NDVO anywhere, is there a specific location where I can look for it in notes and also,
where am I standing in the overall process?
What stages are remaining?

My first page says Primary office as CPC-Ottawa and Second one as Central Intake while page 2 & 3 which I believe is where Paper file history exists says something else. Please see the screen shot below:

Looks perfect,
those dates are same as my GCMS, my guess is, this is when the data field of the office names were first created in their system. Nothing to worry about
Do you have any notes by CPC-Ottawa (Like Note 1 / 2)?

I have already pasted my note 1 previously, so now Note 2 and 3 looks like
So MrTree, what do you think- how far am I in the process and whats remaining & their expected timelines?

your notes looks good.
this is the initial review done by support service agent and agent....now the file will be waiting to be cheked by the officer who will mark you rligiblity passed.
and then it will move for final security checks.
security checks can take anytime from 1 months to 1 year but most of the times it gets done in 2 to 3 months at the max.
your file right now is eligiblity met as per the support service agent and you have all PCC on file.
once the officer who is the main officer handling your file takes a look and reads the recommendation of supprt agent he will mark your eligiblity passed and if security results are already arrived then he will issue a PPR.
all the best and be patient

your eligiblity is passed by the visa officer at VO.
your security is done as well as you have 3 activities for security which means first one is for not started
second one is for in progress
third one is passed
but as its security its always blank
the next time the visa officer picks up your file you shall have your PPR.
what does your note 1 says?
and whts your VO?
