understanding GCMS notes

hello people, need an opinion on this one. since i cannot copy the note, here is what i saw in my notes.

In the Activities section, Under the first 3 activities.

ACTIVITY 1
Sub activity, type- BLANK, NOT MENTIONED
STATUS- COMPLETED

ACTIVITY 2
Sub activity, type- BLANK, NOT MENTIONED
STATUS- CANCELLED

ACTIVITY 3
Sub activity, type- BLANK, NOT MENTIONED
STATUS- NOT STARTED

the 2 things that worry me are 1.the blanked out activity type and 2. cancelled status on the activity 2 section.

Can some one interpret this?

i know this might be hard. There is also a (s.16) on the right hand corner of that page only.

I think this means you had 2 security checks done: the first one was canceled, then the second one was redone and cleared.

Based on other posts here, (s.16) means security check is complete.

The last page of the notes says that the A11.2 decision: Met...with few comment on the criteria regards to work experiences and NOC.

My AOR was Feb,5th, 2016. Don't know how long does it take to finalize my case. Especially the security part, I have no idea what does that mean.

I got my GSMC notes and found that under Activity is the most recent one that says Removed. What does it mean? My AOR is February 13th and GSMC notes were generated on 24th of May.
Eligibility : met
Criminality : passed
Security : not started
Medical : passed

No one knows what exactly they mean on GCMS Activity notes. There is probably a simpler explanation. one activity in my notes said cancelled and seniors here told me that the activity is cancelled only to be started again.

If you can screenshot that page and post it would be more clear as to what it means.

what is the difference between security and security screening?

as i have my notes and i have jsut security under activity section

i have seen some other ppls notes and they have security screening which i dont have.

can you please explain?

This means your primary VO is changed to Ottawa, nothing to worry about.

And your eligibility seems like Met. Congrats

I ordered my 2nd GCMS note on 20th June 2016 through one of my friend in CANADA using ATIP website (https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/requesterInformation). Yesterday he received an e-mail from IRCC:

My AOR is 7th Feb 2016 and Background Check is InProgress since 7th May 2016.

Please advice what should I do? After this reply how much time they will take to issue my GCMS note.

Ref. my above query, I have received my 1st GCMS note on 18 June, then I applied for my 2nd GCMS (that is in-progress).

My question is how many GCMS can I request ? is there any limit?

There is no limit. you can order how many ever you want. But make sure you have a month gap atleast in between so you can seen any sort of change in the notes.
