We have received our GCMS notes which we had ordered.
I and my Spouse we both are Indian Resident.
However, in our note 1 there is a mention of "PA Indian National presently residing and working Saudi Arabia."
We have neither visited Saudi Arabia nor have any visa issued to us which we did not utilize.
We also checked our CIC application for correctness and there was no mention anywhere about Saudi Arabia.
We have also checked all documents submitted along with address on letter heads and there also no mention of Saudi Arabia.
What do we do to get this corrected? Shall we only send an email to CIC? Shall we raise CSE and follow up with an email? We shall not act on it?
Your advice will be helpful for this.
Regards.
Raise CSE, what date you ordered GCMS and through which site ?

Details are updated correctly by us. Only seems a typo.
Still need a CSE? followed by an email?

Wow you got notes ordered on 26th May? i ordered on 16th May and still waiting.
If you are satisfied with information provided in GCMS then no need to raise CSE.

Again to mention..I have never visited nor have any association with Saudi Arabia ever.
Still it is appearing as
"PA Indian National presently residing and working Saudi Arabia.".
Email communication would work? Informing them about the typo?
Rest all is satisfactory. PCC is not asked for Saudi Arabia.
Regards.
I think you should clarify this. Just think if they ask for PCC and then clarifying things ll take time and delay PPR. Seek advice from other members too..

Exactly. that is what my question is.
To inform CIC, should I raise CSE (there are no further documents I am submitting) or only email would suffice?
Regards.

Here's the answer, from my perspective.
Don't raise a CSE, because it clearly is a typo since you or your spouse have never been to Saudi Arabia. Check under your notes section in terms of your R10 Eligibility; if it is showing as OK or Met then you don't even need to bother with sending an email.
Your gcms notes are already over a month old, so it has most probably already been rectified by your case officer or reviewing officer.
I recommend ordering another set of gcms notes - if the same status persists, then send an email.
However, they cannot request you for a document without specifying a reason for it based on your application claims (meaning unless you have mentioned visiting Saudi Arabia while submitting your application), so I don't think you are in danger of being requested a PCC. Raising a red flag for a probable typo may cause the officers to re-look at your application which may increase processing time.
Hope this helps. Cheers & good luck!

Not required mate...you're good

Informing them of an error at their end may just add to your processing time...your status looks good, so I would recommend getting another set of gcms notes in a couple of weeks if you don't hear from them by then

Hi Guys,
What does Eligibility = Recommend Passed means? Should it be considered as "Passed" ?

I think this is the stage where the R10 is at the "OK" stage and the officer making the final decision has to change eligibility to passed and R10 to met. At this stage, everything has overall been checked out and passed and any small stuff highlighted or raised within the notes as something to check are the only things pending.
Just my thought...should probably wait for other answers
