There is no limit it's your right, but I would suggest not to order more than two within 6 months.
Whenever you request some visa officer has to look into it and process your request for your application.

I do understand that ordering too many gcms notes is not good but I have people ordering like 4 times but didn't know what is the exact number we can order notes . I got mine on 1st March and I'm completing 4months on 19th may so not sure if it will be any beneficial to order is now

There is no limit on ordering gcms notes. They will process your requests as long as requests are made with one month gap as the processing time is 1 month.

Need some advise, I got my GCMS notes on 10 May, as per the notes (Summary), A11.2, R10 are met, A11.2 is mentioned under Notes 1 with date 02 Mar 2016, other notes, R10 and others are dated earlier than march. Notes under two days post AOR mentions: Documents sent for review: Eudcation/POF/Police certificate.
My question is, since the latest notes A11.2 doesnt mention anything about POF, should I assumes POF is still under review? or is it passed since the over status is Eligibility: passed, Medical: Passed, Criminality: passed and Security: not started.
Also in all the different section of the notes, FUNDs is mentioned as MET.
Someone pls clarify.

Usually funds or not mentioned in the notes if they are met. So if your eligibility is met/passed, no worries about the funds.

Hi, I have a question which I'm not sure anyone has asked as yet. In my GCMS Notes it had the following:

R10:0K
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Passed
Medicals: Passed
Security: Not Started
Proof of Funds: Met
Points awarded for 1 year of Canadian Work Experience and 6 years of foreign Work Experience
Also awarded points per my 2 ECA's for '2 or more degrees, diplomas or Certificates'

My question is; Does 'Security Clearance' go faster for people who are born in or have nationalities from certain countries (ie say for eg UK, Australia, USA)? Or is the time taken to pass the 'Security' stage the same for all applicants?

I ask as per my GCMS Notes, my case has not had any movement since 24 February. I don't know whether I should be concerned or not as these were GCMS Notes generated on 4 April. At least per my status on mycic no movement at all on my account.

I had ordered my GCMS notes on April 12, 2016 and received them yesterday May 11, 2016.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Passed-Candidate
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality:
Org Crime:
Medical:
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs: Complete-Candidate
Final:

I've noticed most others have comments 'Met' against eligibility etc. Mine says 'Passed-Candidate'. Can anyone explain what that means?
Also, 'Other Reqs: Complete-Candidate', what does this mean?

I applied gcms notes and it says eligibility- review needed.
Criminality- passed
Security - not started
Medical - passed. Tough my notes from agent show- eligibility met!
I don't know why it says review needed. Last update was on 12th April.
My aor is 22 December
How much more time to wait? Anyone else faced the same issue for eligibility?

Thank you for the advise , but i went through all pages and clearly A11.2 not there , not sure why ? the notes at last pages are sorted by date , the most recent activity was R10 , and the file transfer is very clear

My A11.2 was passed only 5 months after AOR, right before background went in progress. It is definitely not done in the Centralized Intake office. It is only done at a later stage.

I have a question if anyone can help, it will be great.. my current status on GCMS notes says- Eligibility- Review required.
I am fsw pnp.
Notes say- i have NOT MET the requirement, and it follows with everything being ok. So whats the reason why not met? I still cant find it on my notes.
Criminal Background check - passed
security - not started

what should i do? do i wait for them to realize its MET requirement, Since it says my NOC code matches with the job reference letter.
