R10 is for document completeness check which you claimed points for in your EE profile. The Principal applicant's documents seems fine but in spouse's ECA report, there are two degrees are being evaluated but i think you have mentioned only one degree i.e. BA and not B.Ed in your EE profile. May be that is why the agent is saying its not consistent. This should not be a problem as far as your FSW points are not decreasing because of the information you claim in the EE profile and your inability to provide the documents for those claimed points. This is my interpretation...
