Hi Maddy ,

I made a mistake while ordering gcms from viafile.info ... when they asked to enter my details in the form , I entered my date of birth as DD-Month-YYYY .... So when I get the consent form in email it came out with month field empty in the consent form ..

I have emailed the team to correct the consent form and send it back to me ..

I have a doubt ,,, without signing the consent form ,. will they (visafile team) be able to submit the gcms request ???

Such a simple form , I made a mistake ... so stupid of me ...

I replied to your personal message. But in case somebody else has the same problem: I did the same mistake. That date field in the site does not have any validation and looks like the pdf field has a validation. Any ways, I just corrected the date directly in the pdf, printed, signed and sent it to them. I received my GCMS on time. I don't think it is a big deal.

Is this a request to the FBI? What does NRT mean?
The due date was two weeks before I requested GCMS notes.

Else, my notes look fine. FSW met, Criminality in progress, Security not started, R10 OK. Due date was January 9, 2016, but I haven't heard anything between then and now. My primary office is CPC-Ottawa and from a previous visa extension request many years ago, I seem to have a secondary (Centralized Intake) office.

Just out of curiosity... EE Eligibility was passed in assessment 1 and 2 (page 5 ff), but Eligibility under Assessments on page 2 is listed as not started and everything under the header Eligibility (Eligibility Assessment, Work Experience etc.) has a 0. Are those different kinds of eligibility?

Received my notes today, however not much of a movement since my last notes (ordered in Dec 2015).

There is a due date: 2016/02/12 and the application is assigned to RC-9515.

Hope there will be some movement this week.

I have received my gcms notes and looks like every thing ok but from notes i understand that last update on my file is in November and I'm not sure whats going on since then and in the 2nd page I see below details..

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed

Hi,

I got my GCMS-notes finally (order date: 17th Dec.2015).
Like everyone, for me also same thing.
Everything looks like OK.
Education, Age, CRS score, Language test, Medicals and Eligibility are Passed - these things happened in Oct.
However, security check is still in-progress. PNP side little slow.
The sad part is nothing progressed after 7th Oct.2015
Too weird why they are making delay now.
I guess the things will be better soon and I have ordered a new GCMS-notes last week.

I received my notes today and... absolutely no movement for me. Everything, including eligibility is "not started". I was happy to see though they received my documents sent through CSE.

I was wondering whether my VO is New Delhi or Vienna, but it turns out it's neither. It's Ottawa. So that's sorted then.

In the notes section I have R-10 OK, and education docs and IELTS verified. No other movement.

I would have been really upset several days ago, but yesterday I realized that I have a mistake in my PCC (long story), and I applied for a new one, which will take 10 days. I hope no one touches my file during that time. This is the first time I am praying that CIC works slower on my application

I was just thinking if there is anything new on your end.
Really dissapointing to see everything slowing down so much. We are slowly starting to get back to the pace of the old paper sistem.. I am now in my 7th month since AOR and still no news :/

What is this review? Is it different that eligibility review?

Really?! I thought the main eligibility review is A11.2 and different than this one. because this one mostly says "appears to have met" or similar and does not use clear PASSED terms.

I haven't called them.. hearing what other people had to say on their attempts, I lost interest in calling them. At worst they tell you to call again a month, and at best they give out random information that doesn't reflect your application at all..

I might give them a call after I recive my gcms notes at the end of february., I got a fairness letter from them a month ago, and since then nothing.. BG still hasn't started and from the infromation from other people here, it seems my file is still not RFV.
