What does your notes says and see your eligibility part is it passed ,not started ?
Security- Not started
Medical- Passed
Criminality- In progress
For Eligibility, it says Not started in the summary on page 2. But in the body under Eligibility assessment, it says passed for all the levels of eligibility assessed.

So, finally I got my GCMS notes today. I ordered on Nov. 30, it was printed on Dec. 2. In the notes, I discovered a grave error from my end. Please, I need help about what I should do, or if I should do anything in the first place.
The issue is this:
For my current study, where they asked complete/full academic years, I though they were asking for the duration for the study hence I answered 4. In the GCMS notes, I discovered that the question actually means how many years you have completed towards that degree. Now, it is reading 4 on the notes, meanwhile, I have only completed 2 years towards a 4 years degree. I did not get any point for this degree because it is not completed.
Should I send a CSE or not? Is this misrepresentation?
Thanks in advance for your helpful responses.
Relax! It isn't a huge mistake.
No harm in sending a CSE to explain your choice of marking 4 instead of 2. The fact that it doesn't add points makes this irrelevant to your PR application. Of course, I'm assuming that you've provided the correct information under Personal history for that time period.
Asivad would you have any idea what would the application assignment due date imply ??

Thanks for the response, Asivad! And yes, I provided the correct information under personal history for that time. So, is it safe not to send a CSE? Because if this isn't a huge mistake, I don't want to flag my application by sending a CSE.

No need to send in a CSE.

Thanks again, Asivad. I rest my case here. Now I can sleep well.

Is there a specific context to this?
Generally, that would appear to mean that an officer was supposed to look up your file on a particular date. Possibly assigned to do that by another officer.
my GCMS notes just mention, Application assignment date from Assigned By Agent X to Agent Y and due date is 31/12/2015... hence the query

There is a lot of assignment dates. Actually, I wonder about some dates as I saw dates from even before I got ITA. I don't think you should worry too much about this.

My notes further say R10- ok, all PCC on file.
However, there is not a lot of mention about my spouse throughout the GCMS notes. For example, there was no RCMP request for him, no Biometric, biomedical and no medical notes for him. There is biometric and biomedical for our children. Any idea why my spouse did not get a lot of coverage?
Thanks
In my case... as per notes...
BG Changed from 'in progress' to 'not needed at this time' on 12/12/2015..... but the application transfer has been from CIO to ottawa on 12/15/2015.... due to work load...

I was wondering if anyone has experience related to my question. Yelena? Anyone applying with spouse and has ordered gcms notes?

same in my application! idk why, although it says medical passed on page 2 so I m not too worried.
on the other hand, does the eligibilty ever go from "met" to "passed"?? or is "met " the last thing there ?

Thanks for sharing, PN2511, definitely helpful.
My eligibility also says met. I've read on this forum that eligibility is the last to be checked. However, my application has passed through several levels of eligibility assessment. Does it mean another eligibility will be done at the end?
