Ordered on Mar. 9 and still haven't received the notes tho I already landed last week.
This is so slow, glad I didn't pay anything for it.
You'll probably receive it on Friday, April 7. It takes 30 days and if the 30th day falls on a weekend, they send it the Friday before the weekend.
Hi Seniors,
Need help, I just received my notes two days ago and already order another set so would this be a negative impact on the overall outcome of my file?
By doing this, would this raise any concern in visa office mind?
Please advise!!

No. Ordering GCMS notes does not have any negative impact on your file. Don't worry, it will not raise any concerns.

Hey Guys,
Got AOR 1st April. Should I order GCMS notes right away as it takes 30 days for them to issue.
Do the GCMS notes contain the status of the application on the day they are issued or of the day we request them.?

All GCMS notes are issued a few days after you request them and it is until that day that you see what your applicant has, but they are released to you 30-45 days later. Eg. if you order your notes on April 3, you will most likely received them between May 3- May 15. And they will reflect your file between April 3 - April 5.
If you are ordering GCMS, consider ordering them through
https://www.getgcms.com.

applying for the notes is a simple process. You can either do it yourself, if you are a Canadian PR or a Citizen and have a address, or you can do it through a commercial site like
https://www.getgcms.com.
To do it yourself, simple go to
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca and fill the form and follow the instructions. You will need a consent form, since you are obtaining the information which does not pertain to you. The form is available here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf.
If you do it through GET GCMS, you will be asked to make a payment, fill in your information and you will receive a filled consent form from them. Sign the form and send the scanned copy to the email given in the email you receive. You will get an acknowledgement when your application if filed with IRCC.
Hope this helps!

So mine finally came today and to my surprise, they generated the notes on Mar. 10
So no notes on the final stage.
1) the system automatically generates all the differences between the ee profile with the app, and writes down as a note for each with the submission date. and yes, they record everything at a)when ee was created b)ITA c)submission date d)any change made before ITA but after ee initially created (this is my guess since i didn't make any change)
2) the date and time was 18 hours faster from EST... like why?(I thought they would use GMT) I have to deduct 18 hours to get the real EST of the notes event
3) my time line
AOR - Jan. 11
Medical Passed - Feb. 18
No Add. Doc. Needed - Feb. 18
Background NN-NS(Feb.18)-NN(Mar. 1)
corresponding events
supportive agent review (note date and time in EST Feb 18 12:33 PM NS Local time 1:33PM)
this agent simply summarized the application, identified where to find each document and updated the medical result
agent review (Feb 21 9:31 AM EST)
this agent reviewed my education
another agent review (Mar 1 7:34AM EST local time 8:34AM)
it was an R10 review, checked police certificate and explanation on SQ
the file then transferred to Ottawa overnight
and got an analyst review the next day (note date Mar 2 4:34 PM EST)
4) I didn't have the transcript slot but I submitted a confirmation letter of graduation and downloaded unofficial transcript online along with the diploma. They didn't care about the letter at all, but the transcript seemed to be accepted by the analyst.
5) I entered a number on available fund and submitted online bank statements and a screen cap of balance. It seems that nobody cares.
Supportive agent set out all documents for review, but Agents only reviewed education and police certificates. And since I answered yes on SQ, they also reviewed that, then passed my R10. Proof of Fund wasn't mentioned neither from agents or analyst. (CEC no need to worry about fund)
6) by Mar 10, the security check was not started,
7) under info sharing, they notified the states right after the supportive agent started reviewing...guess somehow the American government does know everything, I mean EVERYTHING
