Firstly the r10 completeness doesnt equate to criminality passed..in 3-4 weeks from aor if you order notes the r10 might or might not be passed..in any scenario..the best time to order notes is 100 days from aor..you will get to see meds/r10/a11.2 passed..eligibility also in most cases if there isnt a file transfer..and probably criminality..

R10 is just a completeness check for all your documents..it is not an assessment like criminality is...if there are some docs pending they will request for it during r10 stage..usual docs requested are pcc, eca..

When you do order notes at 100 days from aor and your a11.2 is met..im confident r10 would be met as well

In my opinion(based on GCMS notes), criminality is just based on applicable PCCs.

R10 makes sure that the pccs are are there on file..criminality is when they actually check if you have any criminal record based on those pccs

Yes in the first gcms notes it says "organization and entities = 0" and in the second gcms notes they hide the part and put s.16(1)(c) on the right side top corner.

is this anything wrong with the file? I am CEC inland with LMIA pr support.

No worries!!

s 16 is used to hide info related to third parties...as you have LMIA...the LMIA has to be verified thru ESDC...3rd parties maybe people that they spoke to/got information from ESDC verifying your LMIA

as all your other assessments are passed...I don't think there is anything wrong buddy...on the other hand...everything seems to be going well for you buddy...relax

do we have to request the notes separately for PA & spouse or just the PA notes will include everyone in the application?

2. Does the file transferring from CIO to LVO means that both R10 and A11.2 checks are already passed at CIO ?

3. If the answer to any or both of above questions is NO... Can you please further guide what will be the actual answer ?

I am assuming your VO is Ottawa...what is your category? how do you know your VO is London?
