understanding GCMS notes

Hello,
My friend received gcms notes last week.

They Applied for PR under pnp. Husband and wife with no kids or other dependents.

My friend (MR.X) applied for gcms notes and gcms notes explains everything regarding his progress.
But for his wife (Mrs X) sections criminality, Medical etc were erased or not shown and on the right side of page
Mentioned s21 and s 26 on those pages and in activities.
So I assume gcms notes will provide details of gcms notes requester and WILL NOT SHOW INFORMATION
ABOUT SPOUSE OR DEPENDENTS FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY.

So I think s21, 26 are nothing to worry especially when you don't see spouse info in gcms.
It's just a matter of privacy.
Mr X applied a new gcms in his wife's name and probably when they get it his info could be masked.

Seniors any opinion about s21-26

Yes ur right spouse gcms notes are not shown in the PA GCMS as any adult in the application needs to give consent to PA to get GCMS notes .

They applied for a new gcms notes on spousal name. Last time PA applied. So this time made request by Dependant. Need to see if they will provide Dep details.

In the form you fill out you need to specify both PA and dependent's info and you both need to sign it. That way you'll get one GCMS file with everything in it. No need to file separate requests. I have done this 3 times already and never had an issue.

In the form you fill out you need to specify both PA and dependent's info and you both need to sign it. That way you'll get one GCMS file with everything in it. No need to file separate requests. I have done this 3 times already and never had an issue.

Hi just curious

So we have to fill that form and sent it to atip or ircc?
As you said we have to mention name of pa and all dep 18+.
So I wonder if we won't get gcms notes info through atip if the applicant themselves apply for it.

For instance,
PA is husband
Dep 1 is wife.

So last time PA applied and got all info except for dep1.
So if dep1 apply for gcms personally I wonder if it will give all details about dep1 and may be not PA.

It is due on the 31st calendar day. As the date is passed, send a follow up note to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca marking your tracking number and payment receipt number. In my case, only after my follow up email after the due date, did they start the generation ! However, they sent it across in 3 or 4 days after that..

I am not sure if someone already replied to this question but I couldn't find it here.

My notes say "Documents reviewed but not verified". They will still verify the documents?

Also, my last note is a "Officer's Review", is that the last verification?

Just want to clarify few doubts :-

I can still apply online when applying for PA and dependant (wife) ?

Is it IMM5744 form we talking about here? If yes and then we apply, is there any option to upload this document?
