Undefine Processing time

I have submitted my application in August 2021 and that time processing time was 6 months but I am still waiting for an update on my application. I have received one update on Jan 2022 regarding sharing a background verification document and I have shared it on time but still, I have not received any further updates.

Now portal is showing processing time is 11 months and in July 2022 I will complete that timeline as well and not sure how much it will take further. I have sent webform as well but have not gotten any update. Can someone suggest how to deal with this.

This is normal. Processing times are long right now. Unfortunately nothing you can do but wait.
