My study permit expired on the 30th of August and I was not able to apply for my PGWP until the 2nd.
I signed a contract starting the 29th assuming I would get my PGWP and be on implied status, but since my study permit expired, I am not authorized to work. I have let my employer know immidietly.
My questions are:
1. Will the few days of unauthorized work affect my PGWP application?
2. Will i need to resubmit my application form or update my webform with information about my missing days? I already have 2 webform corrections, will this delay my apication?
3. Is it advisable to declare this work? as I signed a contract (I am resigning immidietly) will this affect my PR chances in the future?
I am desperate for help so really any input would be appreciated
