I submitted my application couple of weeks ago through MyCIC account (online), recently I got message saying they need some additional documents within 10 days to process my application.
I am not able to upload the documents online. I can see a text in "view check list" page, saying additional documents can be uploaded, but there is nowhere on the page to upload any documents. The page shows that all the documents have been provided. Any one have any suggestions regarding this.
They had asked for photocopies of i-94 and I 797 and in the message they send me, it is mentioned only to upload the document. I replied to the mail I got from those guys, they had asked me to contact some other department and it might take more than 10 days to hear back from them. Is there any phone number where I can contact those guys??
Hello, was your issue resolved? I have the same exact situation rigth now, they send me a ltter asking me for more documents and I can't upload any document. I sent eamils, and no help... I don't know what else to do, were you able to get a phone number to contact them?
