My company has recently stopped giving work reference letter in the format as mandated by IRCC. Main issue is w.r.t. job offer not being mentioned in the letter due to which 50 points cannot be claimed. They are willing to give Work Experience Letter which will state that I am full time employee , my joining date and major roles and responsibilities but will not mention that person has valid offer for 1 year once he gets his PR. I am on ICT(LMIA exempt) Work Permit which is valid till June 2024. Can somebody suggest workaround for the same as I would have got ITA in coming month if company would have not made last minute changes in their policy.

No workaround for this, sorry. The most important condition to claim the 50 points for arranged employment is the verbiage 'one year after PR' job offer from the employer. Without this, there is no proof of future arranged employment for IRCC to consider.

Get the letter signed from your immediate supervisor ( no need to get it signed from HR). I am doing the same as IRCC website clearly says the offer to be signed by your proposed/immediate supervisor or a company officer. Your supervisor/manager would have a direct say if he intends to employ you for more than a year ( if your role/project that you work in is long term)
Has to be on company letter head.. I created it myself based on previous sample letters and got it digitally signed from my supervisor with his hand written signature , and it even includes his name, his title, email and phone number.
