when a candidate come to canada on ICT WP, their home country will give an offer letter (assignment letter stating member is going on assignment to canada for so and duration). After that based on need employer will give an extention letter with new duration dates, with terms and conditions same as in the original letter.

will that offer letter (since their home country gave that letter, letter will be on employer letter header witb their home country, not canada company address) is enough to show as the prrof of job offer, provided the duration is for one year after employee become PR.

anyone proceeded with PR submission based on job offer?

With so less historical data for ICT - 50 points, people may not be sure what CIC will accept. If the offer letter mentions the same employer as the one on ICT, I feel it should be good. Basically it should signify that you will continue to work on same job that you have been working till date. My 2 cents, but i am no expert.

I applied ICT through my company . Now they provided job offer .I got visa .Still I'm in India ,I don't know when I will travel .
Now applying for PR from India , Can I show the same Job offer to get points ???

No - you can't at this time.

You won't be able to claim the 50 points until after you have come to Canada and worked here for a full year on the ICT.
