Unable to attach application in GC key and PR tracker after getting AOR

Hi All,

We are unable to track the application status in GC key account and PR tracker. Received AOR on 20/04/2024.

GC key - will fail after 5 attempts and need to wait for 24 hours
PR tracker - showing wrong info as error message mentioning to fill same as IMM5476(Sponsor my wife being the representative here), but details are correct.

Kindly help us if we are missing anything here.

I am talking specifically about PR tracker and how are you sure that the completeness check stage is done?

after getting AOR we can link the application right (correct me if I am wrong), what is the completeness check?

Usually for the next steps like biometrics and medical it will be shown only on tracker sites, or we would get a mail on that

Make sure you are typing the city of birth exactly as it is in the application. This happened to me so double-check.

Yes typed the same as of IMM008

For linking in GC key, make sure you include the sponsor when it asks you how many family members. The number should be at least 2

Yes done that also still not able to attach the application

I was able to link the application, from the PR option gave file number and family name
