Is it possible, someone advice me that I have Deported from UK(2008) while on student visa. Visa officer objected that I have worked illegal while stay. I lodged appeal against my case but UK Immigration never responded. What do U think, should I mention my UK Travel while applying for Skilled Worker Immigration Canada or omit this travel?

As you went to the UK as a student, you should mention the travel and I assume its more than a 6 month period, moreover your passport will be having the UK student visa stamp.

1. The wording of the CIC forms means you are expected to declare the deportation (Schedule A, question 6e)
2. The level of information shared between UK, Canada et al is sufficient that they will know about the deportation whether you tell them or not.
Obviously it doesn't look great, but you are applying for Permanent Residency so you're not an overstay risk if you see what I mean!
Just be as honest and transparent as you can, they will respect you for doing so.

And for that very same reason they ask a Police Certificate! They would know that anyways. Dont conceal or it would be taken as misrepresentation and rejection.
thanks All for your great advises. so i decided not to conceal UK deportation, which may sooner or latter float up and cause problems. Thanks for making me Brave guys ;D
one other thing is, the college i was enrolled in Closed by Govt. there. so their all transcripts became null and void which they had issued me one also, when i checked in UK they said my transcript hanst got any value. I not only lost my money but also gained no certificate by staying there. so Can I present my this diploma while applying for FSW. For ECA i didnt send it. . What you suggest?

I don't know exactly, but as I have lived in the UK for a while and I have a post grad degree from a uni. Technically, they may allow it as you have studied and passed the course and for which you have obtained the certificate too. but, if its from any of the black listed colleges, which the Home Office officially announced for its closure, then you may have to think twice and make sure it'll be accepted, before you send it.

I think it wont possible that they would accept it. I have investigated and I came to know that their Degree wasnt accredited with home office. Whatever, i have planned to show my travel so prove my studies i think i should show them post. grad certificate even they issued a bogus one. whats your opinion?
