Has anyone noticed that the UCI number for family sponsorship is the same as the UCI number for past denied tourist visa?
and does anyone know how much analyzing of a past tourist visa they do? Worried that maybe some of the dates, info listed for past 10 yrs. might not match the info stated Schedule A Background check.

they have thrid country agreement and the poster say do not lied and I maybe be wrong if you lied to them they will always red flag your name and black list you on their system and even banned you from entering Canada for 5 years or for life and they are not stupid

Once you have a UCI number, it stays with you for life. My wife's UCI is the same from way back 1990s (she was amazed because she herself forgot about it). Having the same UCI for every application you made allows them (immigration) to have a record of you. So to answer your question, the vetting process is more likely deep and comprehensive. While your denial of a TRV wont necessarily affect your application (unless they feel youre just using sponsorship to get to Canada and it's not a genuine relationship), it is more likely they will do a thorough investigation of everything you wrote in your application (im using the word "more likely" because each case is different). If you have conflicting information, they may ask you for clarification through documentary evidence or an interview (unles they feel you blatantly or purposely lied to obtain residency in Canada). Either way, if your relationship is geniune, you have nothing to fear. You can clarify your way out of it if the conflicting information are due to typo error or if you misunderstood the question. Just be ready to explain your situation if they ever ask for clarification.
