Missed UCI, but wrote Application Number in schedule A

Principal applicant didnt write anything in the UCI box but wrote the correct Application number in the application number box while filling the schedule A. It is now uploaded and submitted.

Any potential problems?

Actually applicant thought UCI is for sponsor since applicant's AOR didnt have any UCI just the application number. But we later noticed the applicant UCI in the request letter for additiona documents (PCC and Sch A) that cic has sent to the applicant.

It shouldn't be any problem, they can identify your application using the application number.
