UCI number not updated in express entry after ITA

Hi, how long does it take to UCI get updated in gckey after AOR. I am having temporary uci that starts with CAN….

And 2nd question is, what does uci update signify? I heart it means completeness check, i have one document (pcc) which is not that clear (photo too dark), will they check this in this completeness check and let me know if they need new one before Before the UCI update?
