Updating UCI number after receiving ITA

Hi Everyone, I received an ITA for Express entry in which I have mentioned "No" for the follow question :
Has XXXXX XXXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? Can we update it to "Yes" in APR to update my UCI number as I am already in Canada with Open work permit ? Please help me out ASAP! thank in advance
