I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice!
I have a written job offer which does not require Labour Market Opinion (Post doc research fellow), and my wife is permanent resident of Canada.
I have applied for family class sponsorship from outside of canada, and the first stage is just approved.
At this present time I am in Canada, but since we applied for the sponsorship from outside of canada, I can not apply for work permit from inside of Canada.
I am going to apply for the work permit online (from out side of Canada, Ankara), and I would like to know if I can apply for OPEN Work Permit or it should be the work permit with the LMO Excemption?!
