Type of Work Permit in Intra-Company Transfer Work Permit Extension form

Hi,

I am working in Canada on a Intra-Company Transfer Closed Work Permit for the past 2 years and applying for an extension as it will expire is a couple of months. I am filling up the application IMM5710 which is an extension application. I am stuck in section "Details of Intended Work in Canada" since I am not sure what option to select in "What type of Work Permit are you applying for?" Should I select "Other" and specify that I am applying for ICT Work Permit in "Other" field. Please let me know.
