Hi,

I have a work permit using an Intra-Company Transfer which is about to expire. I would like to know the procedure about extending the work permit. Also, I am hearing from other sources that I need an LMO this time (I did not need one to get the work permit because Intra Company Transferees are exempt). Do I need one when I am applying for an extension ??
