Someone updated in a Facebook post that their passports are dispatched today, 11Jan2022. Their passports were received by IRCC on 15Dec2021.

The passports were shipped back to the drop off location from New Delhi. The blue dart tracking AWB shows status "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal". What is the meaning of this, the status also shows in transit. But detail shows shipment arrived at the location. Should we go ahead and collect the passports?

Parents collected the passports now. I think the meaning of "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal" is the person will be collecting the passport at the blue dart location as that was selected during the submission form to send the passports.

passport has been couriered. But i am not able to track on Bluedart. Do i need to use the same AWB that was used in sending ?

My mum got update on portal, when I checked it only said application approved and the date, where does it say counterfoil generated?
We are still waiting for update on VFS tracking.

Counterfoil shows up in "Documents" tab that gets added into your GCKey application after it is approved.

It is not there, I think it might be different when you apply through the portal.
