May i know what is counterfoil? Mins is spousal sponsorship application. Passport already submitted and its at the Delhi IRCC. Counterfoil will sent to Agent's email or applicant's email ????

Hey guys, what’s a passport transmission letter?

In the email they’ve asked this document to be included in the package

“2. Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for”

I think it means the VFS email that provided the AWB number.

In my cic account under submitted documents, I have been again asked to submit a scan copy of my passport. I have already received the PPR and VFS picked up the passport on 21 Jul and now awaiting stamping.

I received no communication for submitting the passport on cic portal, I stumbled upon it while looking for any update on the portal.

Does anyone else received such a request?

P.S. - mine is a PR application.

Mine is the same case as yours. I don’t have scans of 1 visa and 4 stamps, but I’m contemplating uploading whatever proof I have with me (adding proof like air tickets) and writing a small explanation as an addendum. Any suggestions?

I uploaded the scanned copy with the missing stamps and then raised a Webform informing the missing stamps with dates and why I was unable to submit an updated scan copy.

I uploaded the proof that my passport was with VFS, bluedart tracking details, email from VFS with AWB and current status shown on VFS website.

Once I got my passport stamped I'm planning to travel in September. I will let you know..

My parents need to fly on September 02, 2021. When they got their copr it was written 14 days. We sent the passport on August 02nd, VFS says that the passport is still with Delhi guys and the anticipated timeline can’t be given because of too many applications. Has anyone here sent their passport around August 02nd and received any update after? Please assist. My parents have 11 days to go that includes 4 days as weekends. Really worried

understand the anxiety, however nothing that you or VFS can do here. many of us here have sent passport as soon as submission webform was opened on 19th July, passports were delivered to IRCC in last week of July and yet to hear back. Cant do anything to expedite, unfortunately

You have to wait more, mine under process since 30th july, still no update from them and many like me are waiting for stamped passport. You need to get your passpprt first and then book any travel plans.
